Doovisual provides UI/UX design, website development, branding, design systems, digital marketing, and related services as outlined in project agreements.
Project Engagement
- All projects require a signed proposal or agreement before work begins.
- Project timelines and deliverables will be mutually agreed upon.
- Client feedback and approvals are required at key milestones to avoid delays.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the deliverables remain with Doovisual until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client.
- Doovisual retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing materials.
Revisions
- Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed in the proposal.
- Additional revisions will be billed at the agreed hourly or per‑revision rate.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose sensitive details without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Doovisual will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and must be paid in full.
