Soluta is an AI-powered business solution platform that positions itself as “Smart Solution For Every Business”. soluta.co The project brief was to redesign and develop their public-facing website to reflect Soluta’s innovative, technology-driven identity, showcase its wide industry-applicability (from agriculture to retail) and support the brand’s global growth ambitions.

Objectives

  • Establish a strong brand presence online that communicates Soluta’s AI-first, future-oriented positioning.
  • Clearly articulate Soluta’s value proposition: business growth via AI, streamlined operations, global marketplace.
  • Provide an intuitive user experience that guides diverse audiences (small business, enterprise, non-profit) to relevant information and conversion.
  • Make the website scalable, visually compelling, and aligned with modern UI/UX standards so it can serve as the foundation for digital marketing, brand identity and growth.

Requirements

  • A high-impact website design, covering homepage, modules/features pages, about, pricing, contact, demo links. (As seen on Soluta’s site navigation.)
  • Responsive across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and optimized for speed and conversion.
  • Visual identity integration: brand colours, imagery, typographies that align with AI/tech & business sectors.
  • Clear modular representation of Soluta’s key features: e.g., Weather Forecasting, Market Information, Advisory Service, Inventory Management, etc.
  • Conversion-friendly CTAs (e.g., “Try Soluta Now”, “Get Started”, marketplace link) and seamless linking to demo/app store.
  • A scalable structure to allow future expansion (more modules, case studies, testimonials).

Problem

Prior to the redesign, Soluta’s online presence did not fully reflect its robust AI capabilities and wide-ranging industry coverage. The messaging was fragmented and did not clearly differentiate the offering for varying business sizes (SME, enterprise, non-profit). The UI lacked the premium tech feel that the brand’s promise demanded, and visitors may not immediately grasp the breadth of solutions or the global span of the platform. As a result, conversion and brand positioning were at risk of falling short of Soluta’s target growth trajectory.

Solutions

  • We began with a strategic audit of the existing content and competitive landscape, identifying key brand narratives and user personas (agriculture SMEs, retail chains, enterprise logistics, etc.).
  • Crafted a visual design system that blends clean, modern tech aesthetics (AI-driven, data-centric) with accessible business-oriented tone — bold hero sections showcasing “Transforming Agri Business”, “Simplifying Business Operations”, “Connecting Markets for Growth”.
  • Organized content around clear modules and use-cases, e.g., inventory management, weather forecasting, marketplace etc., giving users tangible entry points based on their industry and size.
  • Designed intuitive navigation and simplified information architecture so users can quickly understand what Soluta offers and how it can apply to them — including industry-vertical sections (Agriculture, Grocery, Apparel, Hardware, Retail) for relevance.
  • Implemented a responsive, performance-optimized website built with best practices for speed and conversion. Positioned strong CTAs (“Try Soluta Now”, “Join Marketplace”, etc.) to drive engagement.
  • Facilitated future scalability by structuring the site so that new modules, case studies, regions or languages could be added easily — supporting Soluta’s global ambitions.
